Primavera Pasta Sauce
2 medium tomatoes, peeled and diced
1 cup sliced zucchini
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp chopped onions
2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
3 tbsp water
Combine ingredients in a saucepan and heat, stirring often until vegetables are tender. Serve over any kind of pasta.
