Nikki’s Slim Smoothie 

 

If you like milkshakes, you’ll love this great dessert drink. 

 

Combine 1/2 cup of any of the following fruits: 

 

Raspberries 

Pineapple 

Strawberries 

Peaches 

Blueberries 

Bananas 

 

Put in blender with two generous tablespoons of plain yogurt and 1/2 cup skim milk. Blend till foamy. 

 

Makes 1 smoothie

Per Smoothie: Calories 107 ● Fat 1g ● Carbs 19g
